OneFolio – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to OneFolio (“OneFolio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OneFolio membership service, including any websites, applications, features, and tools that are made available through the OneFolio membership system (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. The OneFolio Service

OneFolio is a unified membership system that provides subscribers with access to enhanced features, tools, and benefits across participating platforms within the OneFolio network.

Membership may include, but is not limited to:

• Premium platform features
• Additional profile functionality
• Enhanced messaging or communication tools
• Increased visibility or promotional opportunities
• Access to network-wide member benefits

Membership features may vary between platforms and may change over time.

3. Subscription and Billing

OneFolio membership is provided on a recurring subscription basis, typically billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

By subscribing you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal period.
• Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect the current billing cycle and will apply to future renewals.

You are responsible for any taxes, transaction charges, or applicable fees associated with your subscription.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate information.

By registering an account you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Attempting to bypass platform restrictions or security systems

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your OneFolio membership at any time through your account settings.

If you cancel:

• Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.

Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable and partial subscription periods will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

This may include:

• Adding or removing features
• Updating membership benefits
• Changing platform integrations
• Adjusting pricing for future subscriptions

Where possible we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFolio makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
• Accuracy or reliability of features
• Suitability of the Service for any specific purpose

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
• Actions of other users

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for membership during the previous 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify users through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
